Extrovert/Introvert: Extrovert, though he can be sort of shy.  He's good at talking to people in any sort of situation.
Phobias/Fears: None before coming to the island, though after the experience of Grave Danger, he'll be a little bit afraid of the dark, being alone, being in confined spaces, and bugs.
Mental Health: Overall, he's pretty healthy psychologically.  Again, though, after the buried alive experience, he'll be a little PTSD-y.

Believes that a person shouldn't have sex before marriage: Doesn't really care.  People have their own beliefs, it's not for him to impose.  As long as everything is consensual, at least.
Believe in casual sex: Would prefer to have at least some sort of connection to a person.  He's very romantic, so any hook-ups would probably be with someone he has at least some feelings for.

Turn offs: Getting brutally murdered right after he leaves.
Past Relationships (either in book canon or in your backstory): In canon, we know he slept with a prostitute named Kristy Hopkins (though she wasn't, er, prostituting when they hooked up).  She was killed not long after they were together, and Nick was the main suspect (he was cleared, thanks to Catherine's CSI-ing).  He keeps in touch with his high school prom date, who spent prom night drunk and passed out over the toilet.  She lives in either Bosnia or Maine.  Perhaps Nick's worst subject in school was Geography.  He's portrayed as a bit of a ladies' man, though he admits that he usually strikes out.
Current Relationship as of the end of canon (or whatever is applicable): None.  The man's married to the job, I think.
